Celebration of Life for Leroy Neal will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 11:00AM in the United Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, 1955 Edgewood Avenue West, Jacksonville, Florida 32209. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 12:00PM-2:00PM at the mortuary, and on the day of service, Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 10:00AM-11:00AM at the CHURCH. Interment will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 11:00AM.
