Christopher (Chris) Ray Kelley, Age 68, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away April 23, 2026. Chris was born in LaPuente, California and then proceeded to honorably serve our country in the United States Navy for two separate tours.  Chris enjoyed his career of 32 years with the Duval County School Board Maintenance Department as a welder.  Chris enjoyed his blasts he would take on his motorcycle every chance he got and enjoyed being a big part of many charity and benefit rides for many years.  Chris was also a member of his local American Legion Post 283.

Chris is survived by his loving wife, Donna Kelley and son Eric Black and multiple nieces.  Chris also leaves behind many cherished co-workers, friends, Post members, neighbors, and his work collaborator partner of the last 6 years Wayne Norris.

He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond Sweat Kelley and Emelie Raye Kelley.

Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 2:30PM in the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
