Ms. Valerie Janice Bell was born on October 4, 1958 in Jacksonville, Florida to Frank and Curtis Moore. She attended Ribault Sr. High. She was formerly married to John Bell. She was employed by Baptist Medical Center for 20 years of service. She was an active member of Zion Temple Christian Church where she served under the leadership of Pastor Joseph and India Edge. She served as one of the church mothers and was known as Mother "Val". She was well known in her community for bringing laughter and joy to those that came into contact with her. She worked with feeding the hungry in the downtown area with the church. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Moore and mother, Curtis E. Moore, brothers, Michael J. Moore and Henry L. Moore. She leaves to cherish in her memory her children, Terence L. Moore Sr. (Tikeisha), Johnny Moore (Michelle), and Darlene Bell-Villegas (Astono). Her grandchildren, Terence L. Moore, Jr., Trevin P. Moore, T.J. Horton, Trendon Horton, Dominique Villegas, Emery Villegas and Omarion Bryant. Her loving siblings, Beverly Neal, Linda Moore, and Stanley Moore (Joyce). A host of nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends and in-laws. Also, her loving church family at Zion Temple Christian Church.
